Francis is managing director of YTL Corporation Berhad, Malaysia, since 1988. He is a founder member of the Malaysia Business Council, member of Malaysia's Capital Markets Advisory Council and independent non-executive director of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. He has been a director since May 2002.

Mike has 39 years engineering and construction experience in the water, energy, oil, gas, and chemical industries worldwide. A chartered quantity surveyor with both honours and masters degrees in law, he spent 24 years with the John Laing and AMEC organisations in various senior roles. Joining Wessex Water in 2000, he established the commercial, procurement, estimating, risk, planning and business reporting processes required to deliver the capital programme. Appointed as General Manager Central Services in 2009, and subsequently moving to General Manager Wessex Engineering and Construction Services in 2013, he was appointed to his current position on 1 April 2015.
A chartered civil engineer turned economist, Andy has more than 20 years' experience in the water sector, holding roles both overseas and in the UK, including 10 years as Head of Regulation and Policy at Wessex Water. He was appointed Director of Customer and Retail Services on 1 August 2012 and is also a Director of Wessex Water's joint venture billing company, BWBSL, and Chair of Wessex WaterAid, which has raised more than £2m for the charity. He retired from the board on 31 March 2014.
James is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management with over 25 years' experience in the water industry. He started as a technician engineer in 1990 and has since held a wide range of roles within operations, engineering & construction, information & technology and billing & customer services.
